Short-Term Rental Association of Mount Pleasant
Our mission is to advance the interests of the vibrant short-term rental industry of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina through advocacy, education and the sharing of information. Members of the Short Term Rental Association of Mount Pleasant (STRAMP) strive to partner with local neighborhoods, businesses and city leaders to improve Mount Pleasant for our guests and residents. STRAMP members are committed to operating quality short-term rentals that assimilate well in the neighborhoods they are located in and to abide by local regulations.
STRAMP members and friends are comprised of homeowners, concerned citizens, and businesses who support the short-term rental community and seek to advocate for fair home sharing in the Town of Mount Pleasant.
We expect our members to follow the law; to behave as good neighbors; and to welcome all guests regardless of race, color, sex, religion, familial status, sexual orientation, or national origin.
We believe that responsible home sharing benefits not only ourselves but also our city and our guests.
